1. Scope of Services

DigiGolok provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media management, content creation, and analytics reporting.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content, approvals, and access to platforms in a timely manner.
• Ensure all shared materials are legally owned or licensed.

3. Payments & Fees

• All services are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of service.
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created by DigiGolok remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise stated.

5. Results Disclaimer

DigiGolok does not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, conversions, or traffic. Marketing results vary due to market conditions and competition.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 15 days' written notice.
• Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared and assets delivered as per the contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiGolok shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
